7 DATA RETENTION

Upon the retention period lapsing, Craft Tijori India shall take reasonable steps to delete or anonymise such data.

10 MINORS
The Website is not directed at, and Craft Tijori India does not knowingly market its products to, children.

In accordance with the IT Act and the rules made thereunder, the Grievance Officer of Craft Tijori India may be contacted in respect of any concern, complaint, or grievance regarding the processing of personal data or this Policy.
Craft Tijori India shall acknowledge a grievance within 48 (forty-eight) hours of receipt and shall endeavour to resolve the same within 1 (one) month from the date of receipt, in accordance with applicable law.

Craft Tijori India reserves the right to amend this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in its practices or in applicable law.

15 GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to Clause 12 above, the courts at Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Policy.
